Our foundation is aiming at opening up new opportunities to other people. The endowment assets brought into this foundation are of entrepreneurial, mostly industrial origin. This means that many employees have contributed to this with their valued work. It therefore has a very special value to us. This, and the souvenir of a long-standing and successful collaboration with our former employees, is the motivation for us to use these funds in an entrepreneurial yet non-profit way.
